Jonny Turvey

Jonny was born in Edinburgh, Scotland and mainly grew up in Brighton, England. In 2011, he graduated from Kingston University, London with a BA Hons in Human Rights and Journalism. After university Jonny attended acting classes, workshops and auditions at several drama schools including the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Guildhall, The Central School of Speech and Drama and The Academy of Creative Training, receiving training from professional actors, directors, voice and movement coaches. He has also performed at the world famous Edinburgh Fringe Festival and at Brighton's Royal Pavilion Theatre.

Jonny has been in China for 7 years, teaching English as a second language to all ages. In addition to being an English teacher, he has held mid and senior management positions within training schools and is currently completing his master's degree in Education - Leadership & Management, through Oxford Brookes University
