How to Order Student Uniforms
Uniforms are bought through Basic Elite’s WeChat Store. If at any time you need help with ordering you may contact Dave Adams in the Admissions Office, or the company has a hotline in English and Chinese. For the most up to date hotline number please ask the Admissions Office.
Mandatory Uniform Items
Regular Uniform: Bottoms: shorts, slacks, or skirt. Top: maroon polo or long sleeve polo style shirt. CISH hoodies, fleece jackets and coats may be warn depending on the weather. Other accessories such as CISH caps, leggings or leg warmers may also be worn.
P.E. Uniform
Optional Uniform Items
Formal uniform items, which include the blazer, white shirt and a tie are also available for purchase. Formal uniform elements are only required for special events such as musical performances. Students may wear formal uniform elements at any time they choose, mixing and matching them with the standard required elements.
The CISH uniform is an important element of school life. We believe the uniform can help to create a sense of community. When worn properly it generates a shared identity among students and can help instill a sense of pride in our school. Having a uniform helps students to focus on their work and activities while at school, rather than their appearance. It encourages positive social interactions among students by building unity rather than competition about looks. It also makes life a little easier for parents!

Important Note:
For families who have recently arrived in Hefei, students are welcome to attend their first days of school in their own clothes until their uniforms arrive.
