Michelle Zhang

Michelle is the Mandarin Department head of CISH, and also the MYP & DP Mandarin teacher. She studied at the Chinese University of Hong Kong where she received a MA degree in Chinese Linguistics and Language Acquisition. She has a good knowledge and background of Linguistics, Chinese Linguistics, Second Language Acquisition and Chinese Literature with all levels.

She worked in Hong Kong as an IB PYP and MYP teacher for 3 years and came back to Hefei continued her teaching career. She worked as the Chinese drill class teacher of Columbia University’s summer program and was the judge of competitions held by the Hong Kong International Exchange of Artist & Culture Association. This is Michelle’s 7^th year of being a teacher and excited for the continued growth during the 2017-2018 school year.
