Katherine Turner
PYP Homeroom Teacher
Katherine Turner is in her first years as a PYP Grade 1 Homeroom Teacher at CISH. She was born and raised in Dorset, England. Katherine received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Birmingham City University in 2015, followed by earning her PGCE in Primary Education at the University of Exeter in 2017. Prior to coming to China, Katherine had been doing volunteer work in her local Primary schools, supporting teachers and students with a variety of tasks. She moved to Hefei in 2018 and worked as an ESL instructor for children aged 3-15. When she has spare time, Katherine enjoys doing arts and crafts, cooking and baking, and travelling to new places.
Katherine is very excited to join the CISH family this year.
