Dr. Lucian Stefanescu

Dr. Lucian Stefanescu is from Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He has received his BA in Visual Arts and MFA from the Academy of Visual Arts “I. Andreescu”, and his PhD from the Academy of Music “G. Dima” in Cluj-Napoca. He is a member of the College of Teachers in London, United Kingdom. This is his second year teaching at CIS in Hefei.
Previously he taught for more than 19 years in Romania, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Kazakhstan.
