Carla du Toit
PYP Homeroom Teacher
Carla du Toit is in her first year as a grade 4 homeroom teacher at CISH. She is from Cape Town, South Africa. After completing high school she went on to study a Bachelor of Arts degree, specializing in Communication Studies and Psychology. She then went on to complete her Post Graduate Certification in Education at the University of Cape Town. After two years of teaching second grade in Cape Town she moved to Hefei, China with her husband five years ago.
She enjoys exploring China, eating local food, seeing new places with her husband and most importantly spending time with her seven month old baby girl and her dog Jonty. Carla is very excited to be a part of the incredible community that makes CISH such a wonderful place to be.
